Emilia (VSL): Reviews & Ratings
The hospitality here is top notch, they make sure all your needs are covered and they pay attention to what your doing so they can accommodate you perfectly, along with this they have a very nice hostess/waitress named Antonia who is very kind. The food is great with diverse flavours and healthy ingredients. P.S the order was free
Overall experience was satisfactory. Chicken and salads were tasty. I had to ask extra dressing for the salad and fries were more to the dry side and too salty to my taste. I would recommend to put less seasoning on fries and find a way to serve fries that are less dry. The seat tables and place were nice and inviting. I will come back again.
Staff is friendly (shoutout to Antonia) and the food was so good. Portions are large and their chicken is tasty. My fave was their classic Medeiros bowl. The spicy sauce is no joke so be careful when adding it to your food (so good though)! Caesar salad comes topped with a generous portion of chicken breast. Looks bland but when you add the sauce and mix it all, it's FIRE. The poutine for La Poutine Week (Feb 1st-7th 2026) is worth a try if you love Portuguese chicken on the bone (thigh) & chorizo. And don't skip dessert - the nutella natas are mind-blowing! The Sumol passionfruit soda hits the spot too.
Great little neighborhood spot! Not many options around, so this place is a nice find. The Portuguese chicken was good, and the poutine was surprisingly tasty with a nice spicy kick
Overall the impression was great when we visitee this place. Clean, fresh and tasty. While the sandwiches were delicious I would recommend to have kids chicken nuggets less overfried and soft. Definitely will come back again.
A true neighborhood gem! Great food, friendly service, and the kind of place you can happily eat at all the time. Oh and they have THE BEST natas (Portuguese infamous pastry)
Lovely warm spicy meal on a cold day. We ate inside & the staff was great and friendly. Obrigado mesmo
The chicken bowl was fresh and tasty (they clearly care about the service they are giving) I also tried the pastel de nata, it was really good. I had it with a sumol which was a great pair. The space itself is clean, welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
